Tamara answers from the records: observations, provider notes and cited research. When the evidence runs out she says so and tells you what would change her answer. Every statement carries its evidence; interpretation is labelled as interpretation.

How Tamara works

• She reads through typed tools that only return records permitted for display, never raw source responses.
• She keeps investigating in the background: new reports, connection changes, gaps and corrections become Planet Journal entries.
• Published notes carry an "evidence checked" time; when a later check contradicts a note it is superseded, not silently edited.
